On THURSDAY, 6TH FEBRUARY 2025, an enlightening session was held at FR. AGGAEUS HALL, focusing on the e-filing utility of the Indian Income Tax Department. The presentation was delivered by Adv. M. Rishikesh Shenoy, the Special Public Prosecutor to the Government of India for the Income Tax Department in Kerala. With over 23 years of experience in handling prosecution cases under the Income Tax Act, 1961, Adv. Shenoy provided a detailed and informative overview of the significance of e-filing, tax compliance, and recent changes in the Indian tax regime.
